Residence Cascina La Palazzina, an ancient 17th century homestead, was completely remodeled in the winter of 2001-2002.
The remodeling project preserved its original characteristics and maintained several unique architectural elements such as Florentine terra cotta tiles, exposed wooden beams and lofts, and stone and brick walls.

The Residence sits in the midst of a 20,000 square meter natural park. Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards on a hill that gently slopes down to the Gulf of Salo', it provides guests with an enchanting view of the town on Lake Garda, in a carefully-tended, elegant setting.
